We’re hiring for two roles at Ballpoint currently and you might like to apply.
A quick reminder of what we’re doing.
Today, we’re a creative growth agency working with 20 of the most exciting growth stage brands in the UK and US.
For brands we work with for more than a year, we typically triple spend year over year. And that holds into years two and three.
Our 12 month client retention is way way way above industry average, and we have over 88% 12→24 month client retention.

The team of people we have are the very best, most creative, brightest minds I’ve ever worked with in growth. The calibre of conversation we have is second to none. That turns our process into an engine, and our learnings into performance.
We’re office-based too, which means that we collaborate and communicate quickly, creatively, and unencumbered by needing screens.

Who will do well here: head of growth
Our job offer rates are lower than Goldman Sachs or Harvard. That is to say, we are only hiring the very, very best.
Here are a few prerequisites we have:
In-house consumer experience at a brand or startup
Deep paid social experience
Insanely strong communicator
Highly organised, we are super lean and agile
